Refund Policy

Salon services

Due to the nature of artistic and personalized services, we have a firm no-refund policy on all salon services. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 3 days of your original appointment. This allows us to assess the work and, if necessary, make adjustments. 

  • Adjustments: To be eligible for a complimentary adjustment, the service must be the same as the original. Adjustments are not a "change of mind" service, nor do they include adding new services.

  • Outside interference: We cannot offer complimentary adjustments if another stylist or salon has made adjustments to your hair since the initial service.

  • Proper care: The integrity of your service is guaranteed only if you use the recommended products and follow the prescribed aftercare instructions. Failure to do so will void the guarantee for an adjustment.

Deposits and cancellations

  • Deposits: A credit card on file or a deposit of flat fee is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to the final cost of your service.

  • Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule appointments.

  • Cancellation: Will be charged the flat fee deposit paid at time of scheduling appointment.

  • No-shows: Will be charged the flat fee deposit paid at time of scheduling appointment.​

  • Emergency: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and management may review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
